Lesson Plans in Compost Education
The red worm also has a lot to offer in the field of education, and teachers are developing lesson plans in "composting for kids." Surprisingly enough, compost education can be very enlightening in a world concerned about degradation of the environment; health problems arising from poor diets; and climate changes that may be caused, in part, by the heavy use of fossil fuels in industrial agriculture.
